 Extra things to do:

 - email-poller already reads some args from /etc/default/facilitator-
 email-poller, extend it for as many args as possible
 - do the same thing for reg-daemon and facilitator, which currently don't
 have defaults files
 - perhaps rename them to something more flashproxy-specific, e.g. fp-
 facilitator
