obfsproxy.exe that survived.)
Let me amend this; I have now seen it a few times where both children of
obfs-flash-client.exe (obfsproxy.exe and flashproxy-client.exe) survived.
The other obfsproxy.exe was still killed. It may be my imagination, but it
seems to happen more often that both processes survive, when I configure
torrc to remove all the `obfs2` and `obfs3` bridges.
