 With TBB 4.0:

 * go to some https-enabled site
 * click on the padlock in the address bar
 * clickon "More information" to open the Page Info window
 * click the "Security"b tab

 The "Technical details" section is empty. It should list information about
 the cyphersuite used, etc.
