New description:

 While testing Tor Browser 4.0 I noticed that about:tor still points at
 TorButton to warn the user that this isn't a recommended version. This
 shouldn't happen at all because now TB includes an updater and about:tor
 should make use of it.

 I suggest to tell users about both update methods within about:tor. It can
 be something like:

 "A new version of Tor Browser is out, you can get the update by going to
 the 'Menu bar' then select 'About Tor Browser' or do a manual update via
 this <link> (the same link TorButton gives).
