 When running `make prep` and similar in tor-browser-bundle.git, I kept
 running into an intermittent (>50%) `403 forbidden` error message when
 trying to use wget to download files from https://www.python.org/. Because
 there are several such files, this made it impossible to finish the
 `fetch-inputs.sh` script. Workaround patch attached.
