 For the record, I've used the official method upstream uses (requested an
 hg repo for ar locale). That will be hard for everyday translators so I
 think we should migrate to transifex.

 Also, last time I spoke with flo he specifically said to me that we will
 need to fix RTL because it shouldn't work out-of-the-box. I'll confirm
 once I build instantbird with my Arabic translations.
