 Hmmmm, since we have "tor-talk@", "tor-dev@", "tor-internal@", etc we have
 a pretty strong convention for a "tor-" prefix. Doing something different
 would likely cause more rather than less confusion.

 I picked 'tor-project@' to match the irc channel but really for a general
 discussion list like this lots of perfectly fine names...

 * tor-contributors@  (better communicates who can post here)
 * tor-discussion@  (general, but sounds a tad too inviting to external
 posters who will be bounced)
 * ... and no doubt lots more...

 I don't have my heart set on a name so thoughts welcome!
