 https://ooni.torproject.org/ for me gives a mixed content warning, and my
 iceweasel opts not to fetch the http components. But one of the http
 components is the css!

 The result is that when you click on 'docs', you get the github page, and
 it's basically impossible to click on something to find that ooni has
 documentation.
