 The Tor builds on the Ubuntu Utopic Unicorn configurations in Jenkins are
 failing because the Ubuntu repository doesn't contain files for this
 release anymore. The fact that the files are missing can verified by
 looking at http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/dists/

 The reason is likely to be that Utopic Unicorn has been EOL since
 [https://lists.ubuntu.com/archives/ubuntu-announce/2015-July/000197.html
 July 23rd 2015].
