 I agree on having the license held by Tor, you and me. I wonder... if the
 idea is to add a copyright and license line at the start of every file,
 wouldn't be better to have a single AUTHORS file? Is there any difference
 with doing that?

 There is something I don't know how to handle: do we need to specify or
 mention all the licenses of libraries/plugins used in the project? e.g.
 AngularJS, Bootstrap, Twisted, etc.
