 We Tor friends warmly talk freely on a wise tech forum  for warm tech
 fuzzies. Want tech fixed? We'll try fiercely!

 Updated request:

 list name: wtf at lists.tpo
 The list admin can be me. Unless somebody else volunteers... and I hope
 they do.
 The list should be private.
 The list should not be archived.
 Anybody should be able to post. (If only subscribed addresses can post,
 then people would need to offer tech support in order to get it. And
 people would need to have a single working email address and be able to
 subscribe to mailing lists to use it.)
