 These should be archived; I don't anticipate future development unless
 somebody picks them up:
   * blossom
   * bsockets
   * incognito
   * torpedo
   * torvm

 The members of the '''projects''' directory need individual consideration.
 All should be archived, some should have static checkouts.

 This should get transitioned to git:
   * topf

 Here are a couple of transitions you missed:
   * incognito was a precursor to TAILS
   * website is now https://gitweb.torproject.org/project/web/webwml.git/
