Comment:

 https://trac.torproject.org/projects-test/tortest/
 is now a thing.

 It works on a cloned database from a cloned trac dir.

 It's reachable from perdulce, so either use ssh -D 1080 perducle and tell
 your browser to use localhost 1080 as a socks proxy, use ues -L and change
 /etc/hosts to point trac to 127.0.0.1.
