This is not only a suggestion, but the result of code analysis.

All clients will get better experience and lower traffic, because TBB
doesn't use `Use hardware acceleration when available` anyway. (Code
analysis shows that you don't need a patch, `-#include "WebMSample.h"` is
for cleanup only.)
