 No problem! I'm happy to help :-)

 I can't remember doing something strange with fonts (I had MS Office, and
 I was using X11 a while ago).
 Font Book did not show any bad fonts, then I selected "Restore Standard
 Fonts ...", logout and login again, and guess what, TorBrowser now works!
 I tried your beta, and the current 7.0.8. All working fine.

 You were correct, my font setup was bad! Thank you for the hint!
 Let me know if I can provide any other info or logs, if you need it.
