Comment:

 How about, rather than adding two graphs, we extend the existing graphs on
 [https://metrics.torproject.org/webstats-tb-platform.html "Tor Browser
 downloads by platform"] and [https://metrics.torproject.org/webstats-tb-
 locale.html "Tor Browser downloads by locale"] to "Tor Browser downloads
 '''and updates''' by platform" and "Tor Browser downloads '''and
 updates''' by locale"?

 Examples:

 [[Image(tb_platform.png, 600px)]]

 [[Image(tb_locale.png, 600px)]]

 This has a few advantages:

  1. A smaller overall number of graphs is easier for us to maintain and
 easier for our users to oversee.

  2. These graphs make it easier to compare initial downloads and update
 pings by platform/locale.

 Possible disadvantages are:

  1. There's less space on the y axis which makes it a bit harder to
 distinguish small differences.

  2. We'll have to define how we obtain the top-5 locales. In the example
 graphs I used the top-5 by requests, which includes initial downloads and
 update pings.

 The code changes are really easy for this one. If this looks okay, I'll
 update documentation and make the patch available for review.
