 After ~18 hours per the logs I posted.
 What are 'weird' torrc options?
 It is a mostly non-exit node with obfs4 proxy.
 Only two open ports.
 List of `ExitPolicy reject` from tornull.org.
 `ExcludeNodes` and `ExcludeExitNodes` from same source.
 But are these efecting the issue we see here?
