 Yes, agree: dist is a good destination.

 options about how to proceed. I'd say, given the infrequency of torsocks
 releases, that asking somebody in the torwww group to put the file into
 place is the best option. If you turn out to do that more than once or
 twice a year, then we can explore better ways to scale it.
