 Similar to #26600 there are new WebGL extensions that got introduced since
 Firefox 60 ESR. In Firefox 65 support for [https://developer.mozilla.org
 /en-US/docs/Web/API/EXT_texture_compression_bptc BPTC] and
 [https://developer.mozilla.org/en-
 US/docs/Web/API/EXT_texture_compression_rgtc RGTC] got introduced in
 https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1507263.

 We should verify that they are disabled.
