 Today cohosh and I found that uploaded files were not owned by the
 snowflake group, so I just [https://gitweb.torproject.org/pluggable-
 transports/snowflake.git/commit/?id=5732f1a630e0c8021f220d8de4a34a0f22353f8a
 pushed] some instructions to add `--chown=:snowflake` to the rsync
 commands.
