I marked #32348 as a duplicate even though it suggested to move the bundle
to C:\Program Files instead to the Desktop.
This might seems orthogonal to this ticket but when decoupling the user
data from the application one we will need to discuss where to put those
directories anyway (or to put it differently: it very likely won't work
out to move the whole bundle to places like C:\Program Files without doing
the work in this ticket).
We can create child tickets for particular tasks once the work here starts
and we feel like that's the right thing to do.
