Thanks for testing. In those cases, did Tor Browser open and work
correctly (after you applied workarounds including deleting the
extensions.json file)? I realized yesterday that eventhough new values for
config parameters such as `DataDirectory` are passed to tor via args (and
therefore used), the `torrc` file will not be overwritten unless you make
other config changes. In other words, tor doesn't write our an updated
`torrc` in response to new command line args.
