I get that the recommended way is not to interact with !NoScript at all,
but to use the security settings instead.
On the other hand, this very use case is covered by offering
"extensions.torbutton.noscript_persist" in about config and "Override Tor
Browser's Security Level preset". Leaving those at the default value
(false and unchecked), indicates, in my opinion at least, that the setting
will be cleared after closing the session, just like any other custom
!NoScript setting. That the security shield/settings still claim that I'm
on the "safest" level, despite being not protected at all, doesn't help
either.
Having said that, I'm afraid this ticket is a duplicate of #32333 . I
can't recreate the "even if you enable restrictions again, it will start
remembering ruleset of websites you set to TRUSTED." part though. After
enabling the restrictions again, I'm all good and Tor Browser behaves as
it's supposed to do.
