 There are a couple of tickets related to DNS prefetching that we need to
 keep an eye on and possibly reopen:

 Personally, I think that the way to handle this is to have the browser
 disable DNS prefetching automatically if an HTTP proxy is set, and leave
 it on, but have it use the SOCKS resolution if SOCKS4A or SOCKS5 is used.
 But the prefetch API definitely needs to be exposed to us in either case,
 I suspect.
