 !ExoneraTor is not quite the right tool here, because it needs detailed
 information about the timeframe to search. There's a new Relay Search page
 on metrics.tpo that is much faster in searching the descriptor archives
 and might be more suited for this task. Please let me know if it's missing
 any features you need for looking up IPs.
