 Yes, looks good.

 I spent a while looking at
 routers_update_status_from_consensus_networkstatus() to try to guess if
 {{{
 +      routerinfo_t *old_router =
 +        router_get_by_digest(router->cache_info.identity_digest);
 }}}
 will actually do what you want there, but I now believe it will.
