 I don't know what you're referring to by "now" and "these".  Do you mean
 bug 1184 as a whole, or the stuff starting with your "Geez" comment ?

 If the latter, the one thing I can't prove from the code is actually the
 case is that cells should never get queued on a marked circuit.  If you
 agree, then we should add a check/fix for that.
