Comment:

 This is working, building and running without upnp support as of
 3a0df034a9b0b786754156b5360b177618b895dd; users who want NAT-PMP support
 need to enable the tor-fw-helper by doing:

 ./autogen.sh
 ./configure --enable-nat-pmp
 }}}
