 upgraded a non-exit relay to tor 0.2.4.2 (from 0.2.3.21-rc)
 besides #6815 I see 22 occurrences of

 and 30 of

 I learned some more directory information, but not enough to build a
 circuit: We have no recent usable consensus.
 }}}

 within 24 hours





 btw: would be great if you could enable the cypherpunks account again (I'm
 volunteering to clean [flag as closed] trac from troll tickets like #6750
 once a week if that helps)
