 Hrmm. Should we maybe patch the nspr use of strcmpi directly in git rather
 than from the descriptor? Or do we expect that we'll be able to drop that
 sed line very soon with later mingw releases?

 Also, why did you choose gcc-4.6.3 and binutils 2.22? Is that just because
 that's what Ubuntu uses, or was there another recommendation from the
 mingw people?
