 I am using the standalone Vidalia that was given as an alternative so that
 we did not have to use the "New Identity" function in the Tor Browser
 itself that closes all the tabs and windows to give a new identity.'

 My torrc is set up as follows:

 # The old torrc file was renamed to torrc.orig.1 or similar, and Tor will
 ignore it

 The above last two lines were directly copied from an earlier installation
 of Tor 3.6.4 where the Exclude entries did work.
