 Unfortunately, I still see this happening.

 After restarting Aurora, HTTPS-E 5.0dev0 appears in the about:addons tab
 as recently updated add-on (although it not has been updated). This
 happens every two days or so.

 I'm  not sure whether this happens only after a  warm restart (e.g.
 applying updates of other add-ons and/or updating Aurora), or also after a
 cold start-up of Aurora.
