I thought about switching to Jetty a while ago, but frustration about
Tomcat was not big enough to proceed with that. Embedded Tomcat or Netty
sound interesting, too. And from a very quick look it seems that there
are packages available for Debian stable for all three of them. I'm not
opposed to the idea.
What other advantages are there over using the installed Tomcat than
easier deployment? Are they worth the effort? And is the performance as
good or maybe even better than with the installed Tomcat?
