 brade and I just came up with another way to possibly cause this kind of
 problem.  We tried it, and indeed the same problem occurs.  No update is
 required.  Just follow these steps:

 1) Install a new TB 4.0-alpha-3 browser and configure it to use meek.

 2) Go to Tools|Add-ons and install a Firefox add-on that requires a
 restart.  We used our Page Saver add-on but any add-on that requires a
 restart should work.

 3) Click "Restart Now" within the Add-ons window after the add-on has been
 downloaded.  This will case the browser to restart quickly.   Then you
 will see the "Profile Missing" alert.
