 The main ticket about the monitoring requirements for the Raspberry Pi
 managed nodes.

 Main:
 - Probe should report to the monitoring station -since we have no
 knowledge of the host address
 - RasPi hosts will be reachable via tor HS
 - Main communication protocol tor
 - Fallback channel

 Service checks:
 - Check if running services are reachable
 - Network uptime
 - Heartbeat

 Hardware checks:
 - RasPi health status:
   - Voltage level
   - SD cards failures check
