Does apt-get support HTTPS? Do all package managers and related software
in Debian use apt-get or are there applications which read and download
software from those sources? I believe that it's necessary to first ensure
that we don't break something by switching to HTTPS. I wouldn't be
surprised if the Debian specifications explicitly required HTTP.
