New description:

 Right now we get a dozen or something donations each day from Paypal.

 When somebody in the Tor community does something that might generate more
 donations, there's no feedback mechanism to find out if it worked, except
 "ask Roger".

 In the future, once we launch an actual fundraising campaign, showing
 momentum will be a critical way that people can stay engaged.

 We should come up with some way to automatically reflect donations
 momentum for our community.
