Hi trodun, glad ya finally got to the root of this! You can manually
construct circuits, or send a NEWNYM signal and send client traffic to
cause new circuits to be generated.
If you *really* want launch_tor() to return before tor is done being
launched then you can provide a **completion_percent** argument to tell it
to return early. This will let you access tor before its test circuit is
done being constructed.
