https://bridges.torproject.org/options doesnt tell anything about it.
if it selects bridges secretly depending on language or ip then thats a
bad thing. there are hundreds of circumstances where the country the user
wants to use tor is not the same as the one determined by a database
lookup based on a website he visits.
if its only in the backend then it should be implemented in the
distributors.

i thought with right kind of bridges you meant those that work in a
specific country
