It's unlikely to be #16069, as the exit policy displayed in Globe should
work the same under 0.2.6 and 0.2.7.3-rc. However, I'd like to check a
copy of the torrc, descriptor under 0.2.6, and descriptor under 0.2.7 to
be sure.
It could well be #17027 blocking too many IPv6 addresses, but again, I'd
need the descriptor to be sure, or alternately, a copy of `getinfo exit-
policy/full` over the control port. It all seems OK in globe, though. And
I can't see how the code would make that happen, unless the interface IPv6
addresses are somehow coming out as near-wildcards or have large masks.
