 HTTPS Everywhere tries to forward connections to the host modernpgp.org
 from HTTP to HTTPS. However the domain does not have a valid certificate
 configured (and - as it's hosted on github - this likely won't change
 until github provides proper HTTPS for user-hosted domains).

 I suggest to remove that rule for the time being.
