 The number of parameters in
 [https://gitweb.torproject.org/collector.git/tree/src/main/resources/collector.properties
 collector.properties] will very soon surpass fifty. It should be reduced
 where it makes sense.

 This ticket collects possible ways to achieve the reduction.
