Comment (by nherring):

 For etags, it appears that
 `--regex='{c}/MOCK_IMPL([^,]+,\W*\([a-zA-Z0-9_]+\)\W*,/\1/s'` should work.
 It leaves `MOCK_IMPL` tags around, but adds additional tags for the real
 function.
