 Hiro: during the ux ticket triage, isabela, antonela, and I decided that
 the best thing to do will be to build layout as shown, but with the
 following changes:

 * add the with the archive on the left like EFF page
 (https://www.eff.org/effector)
 * the font size of the header and the footer should be the same, but the
 header is smaller on the mock
