 In `tor-browser-build.git` I tried to separate directories for signed and
 unsigned builds. The unsigned builds are located in the `alpha/unsigned`
 build. The incrementals, update_responses and dmg2mar makefile rules are
 using the `alpha/signed` directory. I think later we can also add some
 other directories for some of the signing steps (like the code signed OSX
 tar.gz that need to be converted to dmg).

 However, we are currently missing a makefile rule to generate the
 incremental mars for an unsigned build. Maybe this rule should also skip
 the OSX incrementals as they need to be generated again after code
 signing.
