 I'd like to deploy the newsletter microsite on tpo infrastructure or get
 newsletter.tpo subdomain for 37.218.240.202.

 If we prefer to deploy it on tpo, we would have to consider that it is a
 rails app. I'd need postgres and like to be able to install gem at user
 level. If possible I'd prefer to instal a local (user) version of ruby w/
 rbenv.

 Please let me know what we prefer regarding this and how I can help.
