I think that's not true. The point here is not to count the fraction of
Linux users per se but rather the fraction of Linux users *that use Tor
Browser*. And I think that fraction is actually *larger* than the macOS
Tor Browser users, at least if we believe the fractions shown for
downloading fresh Tor Browser bundles (AFAICT we don't have statistics
somewhere yet for per OS update ping numbers).
