Tor Launcher seems to let you configure both a "proxy" and a "bridge"
(typically a PT bridge). Does this do anything useful? arma thinks it
might just catch fire. We might want to make this do something useful.
e.g., what if you need to use an HTTP proxy to get out of your network,
and obfs4 to connect to a relay?
