Comment (by karsten):

 All changes are merged, released, and deployed. Next steps are that we
  - wait for descriptors to show up on CollecTor and Tor Metrics,
  - try out syncing from CollecTor host, and
  - update the CollecTor mirror to sync from the main CollecTor instance.
