Comment:

 Uninstalling just means to remove the folder you put on your computer. Tor
 Browser is not really integrating itself into your system.

 Do you have any antivirus/firewall software that could interfere with Tor
 Browser? If so, which? Does the problem go away if you uninstall that
 software (for testing purposes)? (Disabling is often not enough)
